This company is one of the best I have ever dealt with. James offered to come out and check on my fridge even after I got it to work for no charge and peace of mind. He ended up going through the entire fridge explaining everything. He ended up staying for almost 2 hours late at night also figuring out our jack problem. He not only solved the problem he took pictures of the part I needed, sent me the town that would have the part, and even drew me a picture of how to install it once I got it. He was very professional, responded to my calls and came right when he said he would. He was so good that we wanted to take him along on our month long trip. I would highly recommend him. He went above and beyond and when I asked him how much I owed him he said, no charge!!! I ended up paying him. I can't say enough about how great he was. Thank you James!!!!

I came to Great Falls to buy an RV and needed someone to do an inspection. I don’t do reviews, but I will for this guy. Honest, respectful, knowledgeable and fair all describe James and the work he did for me. Would call him again in a heartbeat!

Great experience with Fleet! Prompt, addressed the issue quickly. There was the potential for some labor overage (Winnebago likes to hide weak components behind a dozen layers) getting at our problem, but he called us in advance to get permission to proceed, and did a great job. Ultimately, he came in right where we expected. I've used several RV mechanics over the years and this has to be one of the best encounters I've had.

James was amazing. He helped me out when my slide out and furnace went in Shelby Montana. He came up when it was cold and very windy. He is very knowledgeable about RVs. He didn’t have the part but made sure when I get to Alaska it can get fixed by someone we both know there. He had the furnace running in 10 minutes. I would use fleet truck and rv for anything anytime. James stayed for a while and was answering all the questions my friends and I had. I would call him anytime. He has a great personality and fun to Have around ** don’t worry. I’ll be around. I have started your “honey do” list. Lolll
